Cooper’s Cottage has been totally refurbished and extended to a very comfortable standard.

This 170 year old cottage is bursting with character and benefits from numerous original features including exposed Granite walls, original fireplaces and surrounds, woodburner, sash windows, wooden shutters, exposed roof beams and stripped pine internal Victorian doors with the original blue and red coloured glass.

However, the major benefit is an open plan living space with under floor heating, glazed roof and double doors leading to a large south facing rear patio which is just waiting for a lazy breakfast in the morning sunshine or for a spot of al fresco family dining in the evening.

Furnished with an eclectic style of contemporary and period furniture, the cottage has a lovely laid back feel to it and it is a property where you can genuinely “kick off your shoes” and relax.

Located just above Newlyn village centre, a two minute stroll will bring guests to the very heart of this ancient little fishing port with its labyrinth of tiny streets, alleyways and fishing quays all just waiting to be discovered.

Newlyn is the home to the second largest fishing fleet in the UK and therefore guests are able to sample some of the finest fresh fish and seafood anywhere in the world. The regional hub and maritime port of  Penzance is a few minutes drive with its plethora of shops, gardens, galleries, pubs, restaurants and sea link to the sub tropical Isles of Scilly some 28 miles off shore.
